Report an app bug
Include the exact steps, alarm time, wake-up mission, phone model, operating-system version and VeriWake version. A screen recording helps when it does not expose private information.
Get subscription billing help
Manage your subscription or request a refund through the store where you purchased it, using the same store account. Include the store name when contacting us about a billing issue. VeriWake Pro unlocks 4 missions: Push-Ups, Squats, Solve Math Problems and Wake Pose. Choose a weekly or yearly subscription; both include the same Pro missions.
Before reporting an alarm issue
Check device and operating-system support, alarm permissions, the enabled alarm, battery power, volume and permissions for the selected mission. Reopen VeriWake and test the alarm on your phone. A subscription is not required for ordinary alarm scheduling.
